Back-style high jump belongs to the fast strength sports. Its technique is very complex in track and field project. It can be summarized as:Combine curving approach and take-off, driven by jumping to body parabola on a rod, and across the bar fall to the ground at last. The action time is short; the power output quickly; the lactic acid generation little. The typical is given priority to with ATP-CP, it requires athletes have a higher level of technical action and physical reserves. In our country, core strength training as a new core muscle strength training methods, widely used in the athletics sports. In this paper, the author uses the method of documentary, experimental method, and data statistics, with14adolescent female back-style high jump athletes as experiment object, and divided into experimental group (7people) and the control group (7people). By eight weeks core strength training, on two groups of subjects of core strength index, physical quality index as well as special performance was tested. Will the data comparison and analysis the following conclusions:1.Using "NSCA overlooking the bridge" as testing index of back-style high jump athletes’core strength, through eight weeks and the test results show that the core strength training:Significant experimental group athletes core strength test scores improved. The experiment proved, eight weeks of training had a positive effect on the experimental group athletes core area muscle strength and stability.2. After the experiment, physical quality indexes of athletes in testing group:Results of standing over the bar, run-up jump, standing long jump, in situ knees abdomen tuck jump and ventral, dorsal muscle ends up have significant improvement. Experiments show that, core strength training helps improve adolescent female back-style high jump athletes’diverse forces of explosive force, core body and whole body. Physical quality indexes of athletes in testing group:Bend30meters test scores compared with before has no significant increase, The experimental results show that, core strength training has little influence on adolescent female, back-style high jump athletes’ speed. 3. After the experiment, the experimental group of athletes’ specific results compared with before has some significant increase. The experimental results show that, core strength training to adolescent female back-style high jump athletes’ ability of run and jump, stability of the bar and special technology action has a positive role.
