Research ourooses: In this oaDer. the author use the electric technology to study the upper limb muscle etectromyograpny features ot the high and low levels of24type simplified taijiquan exercisers, and then analysis of the main differences of the them; study and analyze the upper limb muscle electromyography features of the high level taijiquan practitioners to provide theoretical basis for the people of taijiquan exercise, muscle recovery lunction evaluation and rehabilitation.Research methods: In this paper, the author selected8high level taijiquan practitioners and8low level taijiquan practitioners as the research object, using the MH-6000muscle, all connected to a video camera to conduct a single set of24type simplified taijiquan electrical test, using Mega win software with simultaneous video to conduct, myoelect ric ity analysis of re!a’ed complete sel o!.’ act ions, each action, listed right tails (stretch, stroke, squeeze arid press). Results will be analyzed for correlation with independent sample T-tesi and paired sample T test.Research results:(1) Both high and low level group in24type simplified Taijiquan exercise, the proportion of the left of their upper limb muscles around the side of the integral myoelectricity is slightly smaller than the right, hut there was no significant di fference; there was no significant difference of symmetry integral action muscle eleetromyography.(2) To complete the24tvpo simplified taijiquan routine ol a complete set, the high level group oi upper limb muscle discharge more of deltoid muscle (former), left,left biceps extensor, deltoid (middle), right trapczius muscle. Low level group I is ted in the tails, wave hands like a. cloud, moving block hammer movement in two or three nieces of muscle group integral electrical is significantly lower than the high level group.(3) LAN tails unitary movement, only—right trapezius muscle has a signilicant difference between high and low level;--stroke, squeeze, according to the duration of discharge is highlev level group of low head, the main discharge, muse1e group listed with tails integral expression discharge muscle group.Research conclusions:(1) In the24type simplified taijiquan, the upper-limb movement of the left and right side of the load is balanced; symmetry action on both sides of the muscle movement under load is balanced.(2) In the24type simplified taijiquan, the upper limb muscles of the high and low Level group discharge more concentrated near the shoulder joint: muscles around shoulder joint discharge with, longer duration, and bearing more exercises;Low level group in wave hands like a cloud, wild mane, move block hammer action is not standard in place.(3) To complete pulling tails with high level group, the four actions discharge longer, according to the discharge time is longer, Grasp the bird’s tail in his hands, squeeze, press, the major muscle groups of4actions of general and grasp the bird’s tail integral expression the same selection.
