To narrow the gap of Education development among different groups, eliminate family intergenerational transmission of poverty, realize people’s free and all-round development, the first thing is ensure everyone has a chance to receive education.’ Realizing fair of education, the first thing is to develop compulsory education. Compared to the eastern region, compulsory education in Tibet relatively fall behind, our government has always attached great importance to the development Of Compulsory education in Tibet, to change the situation,which investes a lot include manpower, material resources and financial resources every year to develop education of Tibet. But it is not a easy thing and can change it in short time because of many problems in Tibet. Therefore, improving the state of compulsory education in Tibet need a long time to solve.It is not easy thing to pay close attention to the Compulsory education in Tibet border areas because of the bad environment, traffic inconvenience. This paper try to select a county border area,As a sample, through empirical research about the students, parents, teachers, schools and government, present comprehensively the conditions of compulsory education in Tibet border areas.
