Based On The Innovative Talent Training Of Ideological And Political Education Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Construction of an innovative country, is in the era of knowledge economy in our countryincrease the overall national strength, the important strategic measure to cope with fiercecompetition. The cultivation of innovative talents is the construction of an innovative country, theindependent innovation ability enhancement, but the cultivation of talent needs education forsupport. Ideological and political education as an organic part of higher education, plays anenormous role in innovative talent cultivation. With the rapid development of the era, economicglobalization process accelerating, the advent of the Internet age, the comprehensively deepenmarket economy, bring new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political education,the traditional ideological and political education can’t meet the need for innovative talenttraining.In this grim situation, we should promote reform and innovation of ideological andpolitical education as soon as possible, for the cultivation of innovative talents to provide effectiveideological and political education strategy.At present domestic some scholars on the relationship between the ideological and politicaleducation and innovation personnel training did some research and achieved some results. Butmost studies from the role of ideological and political education for training innovative talents, theideological and political education way of cultivating innovative talents are studied, such as fromthe perspective of innovative talent training study of the reform and innovation of ideological andpolitical education is less and lack of effectiveness of countermeasures. The innovation of thisstudy is from the perspective of innovative talent training study of the reform and innovation ofideological and political education, to explore the ideological and political education in theconcept, content, method, management, environment and evaluation on innovation, to ideologicaland political theory course and students’ ideological and political education work management ofthe two main study of innovative talent training, for the study of the comprehensive innovation ofideological and political education, promote the innovative talent training to provide advice andreference.This article mainly take the literature research, questionnaire survey method and interviewmethod, in a lot of reading about innovative talent training and ideological and political educationliterature, from the ideological and political education for innovative talent training of collegestudents’ innovative ability and the innovation and the factors affecting the quality and explorationon the status quo, in view of the innovative talent training under the horizon of present situation ofideological and political education innovation and the insufficiency, the effectiveness of theimproved method is put forward, the innovative talent training plays a twice the result with half the effort. The results show that the ideological and political education’s influence on theinnovative talent training mainly embodied in the education idea, method, evaluation andmanagement, six aspects such as environment and subject. Influence of some traditional conceptsof education is still in the formation of college students’ innovative personality, especially theinnovative talent training evaluation mechanism is not perfect, restricting the development ofstudents’ innovative spirit, especially the teaching of ideological and political education andstudents’ ideological and political education management link lack of communication, influencethe comprehensiveness and integrity of innovative talent training; In addition, the popularity ofcampus innovation practice activity, can’t satisfy the need of the real innovation education, theeducation main body lack innovation quality and innovation ability. Based on the results of thestudy, based on the ideological and political education of cultivating creative personnel putforward the corresponding countermeasures: rediscovering the ideological and political educationis with the person this, the priority of moral education education idea, strengthen the serviceconsciousness of the ideological and political education, to promote college students’ personalitydevelopment, innovative consciousness, innovative thinking and innovative ability, innovativespirit into the ideological and political education content; Pay attention to the ideological andpolitical education of "diversity" method, practice "internalized quality type" ideological andpolitical education; To strengthen the ideological and political education teachers, educationmanagement and incentive mechanism construction, the creation of innovative talents cultivationand campus cultural environment, constructing the social environment of ideological and politicaleducation, give full play to the ideological and political education of the positive role ofcultivating creative personnel.
