| The natural environment, ethnic, economic, social, educational level, the national literacy factors of competitive sports project selection, sports system establishment should consider the national characteristics, development status of regional ethnic characteristics, geographical features and area, has its rule and the process of development of sports industry development, the need for correct positioning and planning of the competitive sports system, long term support and investment.In this paper, through the study of domestic and foreign sports athletic field of relevant literature, the status quo of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region competitive sports system and the insufficiency, comparison and draw lessons from the experience of developed regions and countries, analysis of the influencing factors of the competitive sports system and its inherent law of development and Evolvement rule.In this paper, using innovation theory and Triz theory, define the direction of innovation system of competitive sports, competitive sports system is proposed subsystem sports system, follow the system evolution, recognizing that the effective system to establish long-term and running and gradual, part of the effectiveness of the current system, proposes a modified method of innovation, the use of information technology to integrate quality resources to enhance the overall performance of the system, the positioning and development strategy of competitive sports system according to the regional characteristics, to get through professional channels of athletes and coaches as the premise, take full account of scientific research for influence factors of competitive sports, establish and improve the incentive mechanism of coaches training evaluation mechanism and human resources, construct the combination of education and training system of Athletes Career Management Based on "building to the old, and with regional characteristics of competitive sports system. |
