With the development of information technology, mathematical software not only have been widely applied to the teachers’ subjects, but also penetrate into the student’s learning career. Dynamic mathematical software GeoGebra is an OSS (open source software), which supports the application of multi-platform and has58language versions. GeoGebra software has several functions. It contains, geometry, algebra, probability and statistics, calculus and so on, It is a very suitable for the high school to Mathematics teaching show、students inquiry by themselves and Interaction between teachers and students. Understand learning for Mathematical concepts make understanding of mathematical concepts as the target, the learners to understand the essential attribute of the mathematical concept attribute, and deeply realize the ideological strategy, establish a good concept of mathematics concept learning, through to the understanding of the concept of mathematics learning on the cognitive development of the gain, to understand life and world. GeoGebra can provide abundant relations of the various external characterizations. It can help students form relative accurate internal representations; make students establish the relationship between graphic representation and symbolic representation, by using it also integrate multiple characterization organically, making the students form internal representations, helping the students deepen the comprehension.First of all, this article elaborated the research origin and theoretical basis, by the analysis of the domestic and overseas, research to find the point cut of the research. At the same time carried on the thorough careful research which involves the theory discussion, and provide necessary theoretical support for research.Secondly, by analysis of the GeoGebra software research, this paper expounds software features, functions and the Application status of it. Emphatically discusses the software advantage of the understanding of mathematics learning, provide technical support for the application of GeoGebra software.Thirdly, in this paper also research the theory of mathematical concepts to understand learning systematically. As the understanding of mathematics learning research is very rich, the study of mathematical concepts to understand learning theory is rare. This paper tries to find relative theory for mathematical concepts to support mathematical concepts learning, also for understand learning mathematical concepts to the GeoGebra software better auxiliary support.Finally, combined with previous research, this paper puts forward GeoGebra to aid strategies of mathematical concept understanding of learning, designing corresponding teaching according to the strategy and experiment research. By the process and results of the experiment were analyzed, improved and revised. It makes strategy as a better service in the understanding of the concept of mathematics learning, and embodies its value.
