The current state of people’s confidence in China is:people’s social interaction in transition period is breaking through the traditional confidence limitation which associated with natural personality confidence and the special confidence, and gradually evolutes to the direction in which people become confidence for system and be of universal confidence, market economy is promoting more extensive social framework and practice field for social interactions. Modern society in which social interaction based on the division characteristics of space and time, that’s to say’ non face to face’ and ’absence’, makes social interaction between strangers’ society lose the control which was principled by old believed specification and system, which resulting in the lack of confidence resources and insincere behavior. Reflecting on the social moral deterioration phenomenon, for example, you could not be willing to help an old man when you see him fall down in front of you. The Chinese fine traditions, such as warm heart and brave for helping others, are meeting challenges. But on the other hand, the traditional virtue of the confidence is experiencing strange compaction from modern society, social confidence fell down sharply, the crisis of confidence rise in all fields, the news of "fraud" and "cheating between acquaintances" were heard frequently, the social confidence with local cultural characteristics is breaking through the last line of defense of personality confidence.In the process of social transition from acquaintances’society to strangers’society we should be aware of that the stranger society could not completely replace the acquaintance society. As same as social transition the confidence transition could not be achieved overnight, but achieved from gradual progress, even there is a crossing point between each others. This requires us compare and combine the acquaintance confidence with stranger confidence when we analyze social confidence.Social development and social life has affected people’s social confidence, because of that, confidence issues between people are particularly grasp people’s attention.In the process of transition from acquaintances’society to strangers’society confidence issues research helps to reduce social disorder, and help to maintain social confidence at certain level.
