With the rapid development of information technology and widely used in education, the way students learn and teachers teach corresponding has taken place, especially the change of teaching methods in the process of teaching. Traditional teaching methods, which use chalk, blackboards and textbooks gradually transforms into the computer as the core of multimedia teaching. However, Selection and use of teaching methods is the important factor that affect teaching. Only through a fair assessment, we can know that teaching process of teaching methods used are appropriate and effective. Taking into account the views of teachers and students in the teaching process, this research explore the new teaching methods in order to evaluate the results of the teaching methods,which form a more meaningful feedback to students, teachers and educational administrators, so that it can increases the effectiveness and quality of teaching.First of all, this article have a in-depth understanding of the status quo about the evaluation of teaching methods by literature teaching research methods. On the basis of relevant theories and concepts, it proposes teaching methods evaluation model, which is divided into environmental factors, teacher factors, and student factors. Then, after analyzing related research and evaluation elements, it interviews with relevant experts and classroom teachers to confirm evaluation index with the actual teaching practice.Secondly, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model as a teaching tool. The model includes the probability of using teaching methods, using effect of teacher and using evaluation of student.Finally, this research applies in actual teaching to confirm the scientific and effectiveness by using comprehensive evaluation model. The result has shown that comprehensive evaluation model of teaching methods can effectively determine the choice of teaching and teaching methods in order to carry out. At the same time, The results of this study can guide the selection and use of teaching methods, which has a certain practical significance and application value of improving the teaching effect and teaching quality.
