| At present, the state has more obvious requirements for the teachers’ education,exploiting the relevant resources and developing the teachers’ professional skills. At universities, especially at normal universities, cultivation of the teachers’ professional skills is becoming more and more important. At the same time, contemporary students,especially normal students, are in the context of network learning, confronting with a series of social change and the needs of teachers’ professional skills learning,construction of network learning space for the training of networked and digitized for teachers professional skills will play a crucial role in the transformation process.Beginning with the teachers’ professional skills training, with the combination of the learning theory of Constructivism and Connectivism, through analysis of the demand of teachers’ professional skills training and the way in network learning, from the three aspects of students, teachers and administrators, it designs E-learning space that may satisfy teachers’ professional skills training, which provides the normal students’ professional skills training with resources and approaches to network training. In addition, at the end of the research, this paper carry on the statistical analysis of the background data, and the learning activities of the normal school students in cyberspace. It is clear that the students have certain interest in use of the resources, especially the middle grade students, who are willing to spend their spare time learning. They regard such document materials as teaching design, courseware and so on. Teachers show great interest in the whole learning space. But it is not quite satisfactory because of the immaturity of the platform. E-learning space has its practical application value in the teachers’ professional skills training. |
