Classroom management is an important part of teaching activitie s, is an important factor affecting the quality of classroom teaching Classroom management evaluation not only can help teachers find the deficiency of classroom management, can also provide improvement stra tegy, improve teachers’ teaching quality. But so far, the study of e valuation at home and abroad about classroom management rare, also do es not have the documents complete build college sports classroom man agement evaluation index system. To provide effective reference for te achers’ classroom management, help teachers to reasonable effective cla ssroom management, improve teachers’ teaching quality, this paper USES the literature material law, expert questionnaire method, analytic hi erarchy process(ahp) and other scientific research methods, build spe cification unified evaluation index system of college sports classroom management. First of all, through the literature material law, the paper reviews the research on the basis of a clear definition of th e concept of classroom management, and to study on the connotation o f the extension of the sports classroom management. And then, on the basis of the above theoretical research, to develop the expert ques tionnaire, select the panel, the questionnaire distributed, through thr ee rounds of expert questionnaire to determine college sports classroo m management evaluation index system, and using analytic hierarchy pro cess(ahp) to empowerment. Finally get a about college sports classro om management rating index system, includes four indicators: B1 regula r classroom management environment management, B3, B2 class classroom activity management, B4 classroom problem behavior; 11 secondary indica tors: the ability of C1 set classroom goal, C2 ability to determine the classroom rules, management of the physical environment of C3 a nd C4 psychosocial environment management, C5 selection of classroom a ctivities, C6 design classroom activity program, the use of the C7 c lassroom activity method, C8 classroom activity evaluation, C9 class a ctivities on the effectiveness of the ability of organization and coo rdination ability, the ability to deal with the class conflict C10, C11’s ability to deal with problem behavior; 24 index system of thre e indicators: D1 target clear, D2 class for students’ age characteris tics, meet the requirements of the development of students, D3, meet the needs of the university sports education target, D4 class rules clear and reasonable implementation, D5 airiness, D6 light brightness D7 venues, equipment management, rational use of natural resources c apacity D8, D9 harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere, the D10 good relationship between teachers and students, D11 good classmates, clas sroom activity, D13 exercise intensity exercise suitable for D12, reas onable D14 difficulty of movement, D15 content variety performance mee t the interests and needs of different students, D16 teaching steps to design scientific, reasonable, reasonable D17 can dominate effective teaching time, teaching method using scientific and appropriate, D18 D19 students skills to master situation are in good condition, the personnel needed for D20 can arrange activity, location equipment, i nnovative D21 organization form, D22 organization if there is a safet y protection measures in teaching, can perhaps a correct understanding and proper handling class conflict, D24 can correctly understand and deal with problem behavior.
