Study shows:due to the lag of education concept, the dislocation and absence of the government and Enterprise, the insufficient of colleges on the connotation construction, the bachelor degree in Higher Vocational education in Guangxi has been facing against a series of obstacles from the government, enterprise and colleges, Such as the unbalanced allocation of funds, the unreasonable enrollment education, the unactive participation in Culturing the talent, the shaky direction of running a college. This paper believes that choosing a correct path of higher vocational education, should be divided into two stages:one is the education union of vocational colleges and local universities in the near future, basis on the leading of the government and the participation of enterprise, combine their advantages to clarify the responsibility and authority of every participant, confirm the right Educational concept, emphasize the special mechanism of training talent; the another is basing on the strength of higher vocational colleges in the far future, should encourage it to run independently, from the policy, law system, institutional mechanisms, the management of teaching, The construction of Teachers, the building of Training base and so on, gradually increase the feasibility of independent running to implement its mission of serving local, dedicating social.
