Han Gang is one of the excellent marathon athlete in our country, a four-time broke the national record, attended the fifth national games, the1500 m, 5000 m, 10000 m, the marathon has achieved excellent results, be movement for 21 years, such a marathon runner or rare in our country. Most marathon athletes in our country in a hurry to retire at the age of 25 or so,and foreign marathon runners around 30 years old, continue to take part in the race, and to break the world record to reach the best state of personal career, this and the kinematics expert mai-jiu tian about many years training process match the movement duration of 13 to 24 years in theory. Four stages are short of one cannot, are closely linked, years of systematic training is a training Han Gang outstanding achievements, the key to extend the life of the movement.2. According to many years the result of the match, Han Gang Han Gang training load is not very big, the competitions and ranking is very excellent, proved that marathon runner’s success depends not only on the volume of the complete, also depends on the quality of complete the training.4. Han Gang in physical quality training, strength training time is relatively small, also lack of coordination and sensitivity of practice and the lack of lower limb strength is easy to cause injury. These exercises should be throughout the entire training every stage.
