In Modern society, as "people-oriented" management concept development, people as the management object have been unable to adapt and meet the development needs of today’s society. Employees are the enterprise management object, they are the main body of enterprise, for colleges and universities, the teacher is the mainly of teaching, the enthusiasm of the teachers directly affects the school education, teaching quality and teaching level, Managers have gradually realized that only improve the satisfaction of employee job can keep employees to the organization’s identity and loyalty. In terms of colleges and universities, the teacher is the mainly of teaching, the teacher’s enthusiasm is the main factors in school education, teaching quality and teaching level. To some extent, the job satisfaction is determines the level of teachers’ work enthusiasm. Therefore, improving the employees’ job satisfaction, you can keep employees a sense of identity and loyalty to the organization. At present, due to private and public college teachers exists a certain gap in the preparation, treatment, work environment, management mode, running by the local college teachers’ work enthusiasm restricted and influenced by many uncertain factors, so in private colleges teachers "work environment" and "return" dimensions of satisfaction value was significantly lower than public colleges and universities teachers. C college, as a private higher education shoulders the mission of cultivating technology applied talents for our country.Based on the C college teachers as sample, by using the method of questionnaire and interview investigation and study, the problems of the C college teachers’ satisfaction to understand the C college teachers’ work in general secondary satisfaction, analyzed the teachers’ job satisfaction differences in gender, age, education, teaching age, professional titles, and according to the reason for the difference between the form and the data analysis, finally put forward the feasibility of improving teachers’ job satisfaction management Suggestions and countermeasures. This will provide theoretical basis on the management and development of C college and practice reference, also can give the management of private colleges and universities bring brand-new idea, make the management work can depend on.
