For any professional sports teams, because every sport has its own special environmental conditions and historical traditions, has formed its own unique philosophical beliefs, ideology, value orientation and behavior; For competitive sports teams, the cultural mission is to create the Shared system of values and code of conduct. At present, with the arrival of knowledge economy, the athletes’ cultural education for the healthy development of the professional athletic teams play an important role. From the ideological and cultural aspects, therefore, gradually raise the level of the culture of professional athletes is our country competitive sports to the inevitable trend of the future development road.This article through the literature material method, field survey method, history method, comparative analysis, about the present situation of Chinese and foreign athletes cultural education model of competitive sports and cultural education between China and developed countries of competitive sports athletes training mode of analysis and comparison, reveal the athlete culture education of athletics sports of our country the problems existing in the training mode and the insufficiency, with the help of other countries the successful experience of competitive sports athlete culture education mode and management method of system science, combining theory and practice to explore design suitable for our country competitive sports athletes learning methods and improve the athletes’ cultural level and cultural education model of reference in the later generations. For the professional sports teams of athletics sports of our country in the aspect of training and teaching powerful theory support and basis of training for coaches to better athletes study opens up a new way of thinking.Through the research, this paper get the following conclusion:A, the United States,Russia, Australia, the three countries attaches great importance to the athletes’ cultural education, the three countries are strict with the athletes must be at the school to student’s basic requirements, can be engaged in sports, therefore, the three rules of reasonable training time at the same time, to ensure the athlete culture education.Two,the United States, Russia, Australia has strict legal rules and regulations and supervise the implementation and scientific training idea and method, not only guarantees the athlete’s scientific training, also provides the athletes’ academic time and energy.Three, aiming at the problems of competitive sports in our country athlete cultureeducation, find out the reason, and draw lessons from the advanced experience of the United States, Russia, Australia and other countries, our country competitive sports will be combine the career and education, training and scientific research, explore a suitable for China’s national conditions and with Chinese characteristics of competitive sports athlete culture education training mode. Four, competitive sports career status more and more important in the world, the development of competitive sports athletes comprehensive quality plays a significant role in international sports,and speed up the pace of development of competitive sports athletes are important in all aspects of the comprehensive development. Now the athletes’ cultural education training problem of competitive sports in China has become a major subject of urgent.
