During the curriculum reform, Physical Education Curriculum Reform has made remarkable achievements. However, there are a lot of problems continued to arise. Study on the reform of physical education curriculum in China there are many, are more theoretical statements and text overlay, and empirical studies of just the section exist, insufficient and cannot respond adequately to the reform of physical education curriculum. This study from the reality of sports of middle school students, according to their knowledge and understanding, grasp the influence factors of Middle school students’ sports values, put forward the corresponding strategies of the physical education curriculum, to guide the practice of physical education.Research used literature method, interview method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods study of middle school students’ sports values, compiled the high reliability and validity of the " Zhangzhou city middle school student movement values survey" and " Zhangzhou sports values influencing factors of middle school students a questionnaire ", The survey found respectively of 289、149、928 middle school students in zhangzhou, Zhangzhou middle school students ’ movement values were divided into physical and mental development, self-realization, personality, will the four dimensions. Different gender, different age, different learning stage, only-child and non-only-child, between different regions of middle school students’ sports values have some differences. According to the " Zhangzhou sports values influencing factors of middle school students a questionnaire " investigation. Influence factors of Zhangzhou middle school students ’ sports values culture, physical education teachers, students, and parents of the four factors. Study of factors affecting the value of the student movement and sport values of structural equation modeling shows that, Physical education teachers, parents, both of these factors exert the greatest influence on middle school students ’ exercise values, Cultural influence of this movement values only for self-fulfillment.According to the results, analyze the causes of problems, and put forward relevant opinions, provide a reference for physical education.(1) Education departments should attach great importance to the actual of middle school physical education curriculum, the physical education curriculum standards for more reasonable;(2) Physical education teachers should pay attention to professional skills learning, assist the smooth implementation of PE curriculum reform;(3) Physical education teachers should improve the utilization of curriculum resources, develop some new sports items;(4) Schools should strengthen the physical education value;(5) Parents are involved in the students movement, actively constructing the new mode of physical education.
