In 1992 by the international federation of geography education in the geographical education international charter made clear that focusing on the students’ comprehensive development, attaches great importance to the emotions, attitudes and values develop, at the same time. Of the geography course standard "promulgated in 2011, the geographical values of emotional attitude goal is not the association of geographical knowledge and ability, but the ultimate goal of geography curriculum. It embodied the unify of cognations and emotion in the geography education. Curriculum standard of geography curriculum goal has launched the three dimensions from "the knowledge and skills, process and method, emotion, attitude and values", emotional attitude values education in geography education gradually are taken attention. But there are still many deficiencies.In the currently active system of geography teaching materials research, researches about active content, mainly focus on the main types of research activities, which is incomplete, lacking of research and analysis of each specific activity. In addition, as an organic part of the textbook, activities need to be combined with other contents in textbooks for further study.As a breakthrough point, this paper will be a junior high school geography activity system combined with geographical emotional attitude values education, research and develops the teaching design method, step of teaching design case is put forward. Hope that this study can provide a reference for teachers of first-tier geographic geography teaching, classroom teaching, based on activities, better training of emotion, attitude and values.Using the literature collected and read emotion, attitude and values, geography textbooks for active systems and instructional design related books and papers, analysis of relevant aspects of the contents and progress in studies to determine the content of this paper. Use analysis to junior high school’s geography emotion, attitude and values to analyze the contents and specific classifications. Using statistical analysis to the junior middle school geography activity system to classify statistics, and will be a junior high school geography activity system realize the content of the emotional attitude values were analyzed. On the basis of teaching design, this paper according to six class activities to realize the objective of emotional attitude values characteristics choose different teaching design method and model, and different teaching process design,then put forward six specific teaching design case. Using design the cases applied to the test.The basic conclusion of this research included:the activity system of junior high school geography is divided into six types, namely, material analysis, experimental investigation, chart analysis and the integrated drawing form. The functions of emotional attitude values reflected by different activities are not identical. The teaching design methods and steps in the teaching process design of different types of activities to achieve emotional attitude values are in common. But the teaching process design is different to each type of activity, based on this, the research advances the questions needed to attend to realize the emotional attitude values.
