Effects Of Employment Performance Andemployabilityon Psychology Undergraduate Students To Participate In The Scientific Research

Along with the farther trend of popularization of higher education in our country, Each year, millions of graduatesaccess to employment market, in improving the overall quality of university students in China at the same time, The phenomenon of the difficulty for graduates to get jobs, has become increasingly serious. In recent years, university graduates quantity rises year after year, compared with 2013,6.99 million college graduates across the country, reached 7.27 million in 2014, known as "more difficult to obtain employment season", the university graduates’ employment problems, caused the wide attention from all sectors of society, how to correctly recognize this situation, and implement the corresponding strategy is particularly important.The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the training and development of college students’ innovation ability, the core competitiveness of the nation, became a focus of attention in the various countries’ government and higher education. Throughout the domestic and foreign outstanding research university, its common feature is, in the stage of undergraduate education, through the various forms of scientific research platform, stimulate the inspiration of undergraduate research and a desire to study, produce good scientific research, cultivate creative talents, To adapt to thesocial and economic development needs of undergraduate graduates’ employment performance and employability.This paper on the basis of a large number of literature research, Firstly, summarize and extract the theory and related research on undergraduate students to participate in scientific research, creativity, employment performance,and employability. Secondly, based on relevant empirical research, by trying to build in creativity, for mediation, the impact of process model that undergraduate students to participate in the scientific research on employment performance and employability; Then, institute of psychology in Central China normal university, undergraduate students to participate in scientific research as the research sample, through the analysis of the questionnaire to 152 undergraduates, basic confirmed the original ideas and assumptions of this study; Finally, I hope this article research conclusion, can provide reference suggestions to choose the appropriate psychological college undergraduates training pattern, in order to produce a better more suitable for the needs of society psychology undergraduates. The conclusions ofthis research are as follows:(1) Demographic variables such as gender, age, and whether normal university student for undergraduate students to participate in scientific research, creativity,employment performance and employability, have no significant influence;(2) The undergraduate students in grade 2011 and 2012 survey results can be seen that, undergraduate students to participate in scientific research, creativity, employment performance, and employability are reached positive correlation;(3) The questionnaire investigation of the undergraduate students in grade 2010 and 2012, can be seen that, creativity can significantly predict employment performanceand employability; the samples in grade 2011,creativity has significant influence on employability;(4)The questionnaire investigation of the undergraduate students in grade 2011 and 2012, can be seen that the mediation effect of creativity are verified.
