Study On The First Orienteering League Run Situation And Countermeasures Of Hubei Province

With the promotion of the national fitness program in the crowed, physical fitness has become an indispensable part of people’s life.The orienteering as an outdoor sport for young and old,got promoted in many provinces in China. The first league of orienteering in HuBei province aim to popularize this sport, which is held in the social group,and the league is a fledging period. This paper aims to give a research about the current situation of the masses league, find out the advantages and disadvantages on the league,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, to promote the rapid development of Orienteering in HuBei province, which is provides some references for orienteering extension in the form of league among the masses.Based on the comprehensive and systematic sports elements theory, the paper carry out the current situation the first orienteering league in HuBei province as the research object, and mainly to research seven aspects, including event attribute, the human elements of the event, the material elements of the event, the financial elements of the event, event organization and management, event propaganda work, logistical support, which is using the literature material method, interview method, field survey method, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistical and other research. The paper give a systematic research about the current situation of league, found that the league have the advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the following countermeasures:First, reference the experience of national competition, perfect competition mechanism, keep the advantage of running competitions;Second, integrate resources, attract sponsors, create a "win-win" mode;Third, establish an " orienteering demonstration garden", to speed up the promotion in the middle school;Forth, mobilize around wuhan city forces, to accelerate the development of space and mapping;Fifth,joint universities actively, carry out the orienteering public lecture;Sixth, volunteers recruitment events, improve management service quality;Seventh, increase the network propaganda, pay attention to the propaganda work.
