| In recent years, with the growing strength of China’s economy and rising living standards, people gradually focus on the issue of children accepting the higher quality of education. From the aspect of improving the quality of the entire national terms, how to further promote the balanced development of compulsory education and the people’s satisfaction education, to build a harmonious society have great significance.This paper starts with the background of the nation proposing balanced development of compulsory; firstly it comprehensively reviews research status balanced development of education, including regional balanced development of compulsory education and other aspects of successful experience, and related concepts defined, describes the theory.This paper proposed balanced development of compulsory national background start research status at home and abroad and regional balanced development of compulsory education first successful experience of balanced development conducted a comprehensive review,and related concepts defined elaborated theory. Then, this paper focuses on using statistical data to analysis the current situation of Hohhot’s balanced development of compulsory education. By drawing on the national balanced development of compulsory education indicators related documents and research results of domestic experts and scholars,according to statistical data availability, the level of protection from government education article, compulsory allocation of resources, the level of development of compulsory education development level of coordination and build four balanced development of compulsory index system includes 4 secondary-indicators, including 16 three-indicators,While taking full advantage the government website, the Statistical Yearbook to collection of more comprehensive and authoritative statistical data(2011-2012), on the basis of absolute difference and relative difference analysis on the Combination of the index system construction for further analysis. Then, this paper focuses on the use of statistical data analysis ink status quo Hohhot balanced development of compulsory education, this raises the question as far as the development of countermeasures and the balanced development of compulsory education in Hohhot exist.Through research status, we find: the balanced development of compulsory education in Hohhot during compulsory education is not sufficient supply of financial resources, the allocation of resources is uneven and compulsory education teachers, primary and secondary school management quality and level is not enough balance, balanced development of compulsory early warning mechanism is not perfect and other issues, and proposed to increase the supply of education resources,optimize the allocation of educational resources, create special schools,and gradually establish a balanced development of education monitoring coefficient feasible countermeasures. |
