ZhaBa is Mongolian contemporary educators, psychologists, professor. His profound academic attainments and decades of scientific research and education practice for the construction of Inner Mongolia normal university school of education science and made great contribution to the development of national education. ZhaBa for the construction of teaching staff and the cultivation of the reserve cadres of his thought has the characteristics of openness, in terms of the development of national education has his ideas and advanced and practical.National education is an organic part of China’s education modernization, the modernization of national education development besides needs the party and the policy of the care more from studying indigenous education workers. He was opens the national education research train native education scholars in the field of precedent. For Inner Mongolia region and even the domestic field of national education has fostered a number of experts and scholars. For the development of national education, Inner Mongolia Mongolian education into the local and national education researchers. Than these researchers for ethnic education has a strong interest and innate awareness, more devout do research for the development of national education In this paper, on the basis of extensive reading related literature professor read the plunge into the written in the treatise, and through the school to the professor know professor and firm on the basis of the interview the professor himself, trying to interpret professor plunge into the quality of nationality education thoughts, make their own answer.
