In the primary school language teaching, teaching of characters is always a difficult problem, is of high consumption and low efficiency of the teaching condition for a long time. All the time since, this is also the difficulty puzzle all theory experts, teachers. With the new curriculum reform unceasing advancement, primary school literacy teaching has got certain development,and made a lot of theoretical and practical achievements. In general, there are mainly the following two aspects achievements, hand is the practice and exploration of Chinese teachers, the theoretical research on the other hand from relevant experts. Even so, primary school literacy teaching situation of high consumption and low efficiency still exists, especially how to through the character teaching to improve the cognitive ability of primary school students, let the students realize the spark of thought from the life, improve reading ability and writing level, in the field of teaching practice is relatively small. Based on the above reasons, this paper based on the new curriculum reform background of the times, to "language curriculum standards" as a guide, a comprehensive academic discussion and analysis the character of specific cases in the teaching of. This paper focuses on the discussion, the psychological point of view, China’s current primary school literacy teaching low segment of actual situation has carried on the discussion, tries to explore the law of physical and mental development of pupils and improve teachers’ self-cultivation, analysis, discusses how to in the future of the read and write to fully tap the teachers quality in teaching, cultivating a good interactive relationship between teachers and students. In short, through this research, on the one hand, to help teachers improve teaching efficiency to excavate students’ learning potential, Chinese characters, as the primary school language the lower literacy provide feasible suggestion of teaching writing;on the other hand, but also to promote China’s primary school Chinese writingsection of literacy teaching reform, improve primary school language teachers literacy writing teaching level do some useful research and exploration.
