With the developing of technology, the building and using of information environment in English listening interactive teaching in elementary education stage is becoming increasingly spreading and popularizing, besides, it’s also exist some questions in the practical application.This research treat four demonstration of junior middle schools in YinChuan as the research object, the author based on questionnaire method and interviewing method to makes an investigation on the present situation about the English listening interactive teaching inYinChuan’s demonstration of junior middle schools within the information environment, and found that English teachers of whom are in YinChuan’s demonstration of junior middle schools are lacking of information literacy ability which is due to lacking of training, English listening teaching method and English listening interactive teaching method are limited; students’ information literacy need to be promoted who are in YinChuan’s demonstration of junior middle schools, and lack of studying interest and learning autonomy; and those schools which did not make full use of the information environment, these reasons lead students’ English listening ability is not qualified. So, strengthen training to the teachers, strengthen teachers’ moral education; strengthen the correct guidance to the students, guarantee the learning autonomy, guide the parents to supervise and help the students; perfect school management system, perfect teaching environment, and perfect teachers’ system, to improve the demonstration schools students’ English listening effect.
