The subject of Chinese is always the main position to carry out aesthetic education, including training for the students’ aesthetic ability of reading teaching plate is with advantage be richly endowed by nature. In recent years, "how to cultivate the students’ aesthetic" topic has aroused extensive attention in educational circles, to enable students to weaning from mechanical, rigid examination oriented education mode of college entrance examination system, better in the process of learning and improve their own personality, "Chinese course standard of full-time compulsory education" put forward "pay attention to students’ language application ability, aesthetic ability, creation ability" of the teaching goal, focus on students’ learning on cultivating the ability of self inquiry learning ability and the understanding, appreciation of literary works, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of the cultivation of students’ aesthetic ability standard. Based on the new curriculum for the request and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ aesthetic ability as the logical starting point, to cultivate the students’ aesthetic ability were studied and discussed from the aspects of Chinese reading teaching.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction mainly expounds briefly the background, meaning and related concepts ofthe topic, including what is reading, aesthetic, aesthetic education, aesthetic education sources and the current status of quality education in the teaching of Chinese reading and aesthetic education, the relationship between.The second part is the research and analysis of the current situation of the middle school students’ aesthetic education in Chinese reading. In this part, the author according to the investigation and research of predecessors summarized the current middle school Chinese reading the main problems existing in aesthetic education, including the teaching of reading neglect humanities, Chinese classroom, reading training is too mechanical and aesthetic education are four important.The third part is separately from the society, system, teachers and students of four different angles to analyze the causes of the current situation of the aesthetic education in Chinese reading.The fourth part is the author’s practice investigation and statistics of the results, in the Chinese teaching of reading, students in extra-curricular autonomous reading and three reading training discusses specific measures to solve the current reading deficiencies in aesthetic education.
