The Prediction Model Building And Empirical Research Based On The Learning Analysis

Today, data mining techniques used in finance, military, communications and other fields have achieved remarkable results.Under such circumstances,using learning analysis technology in the field of education, improving the effectiveness of teaching and enhance students’ performance, become an educator’s overall appeal. learning analysis is be considered an emerging research field, through analysis learner’s behaviour data, conclude education model and the education method, stimulate the development of education.the result will be provided by form of graphical to educators, learners, administrators, laying the foundation for individualized learning and smart education. But how to apply learning analysis to teaching practice, to improve learning processes.Take adantage of technology. This has become a hot issue of common concern.This study uses hierarchical modeling, analysis of related technologies, from defining objectives, filters, variables, rendering three dimensions model. Three child model of organic combines composition, eventually emerge forecast model,Which is based on learning analysis technology. The model was applied to Jilin Province Education College teachers education technology initial capacity training courses, through students produced of learning behavior data on Black Board platform for series analysis, we can get forecast model results. The forecast model can explain students schoolwork scores 95.9% of changes, and forecast model give some meaningful feedback message to train course.Finally,through interview user and designer, verified usability and effectiveness of the prediction model.Author attempts to establish a universal model, provides methodological guidance for study-related research.
