In the 1960 s, with the rise of cognitive psychology, educational beliefs got concerns, so the relevant studies sprouted out rapidly, and whether educational belief is variable and what is the influential factor of it become important in the field. In numerous studies I found that studies focused on trainee teacher beliefs are rare. In addition, from the beginning teacher education has been emphasized on the combination of theory and practice. In this important practical aspect- education internship, analyzing the situation of trainee teachers’ educational beliefs,understanding what the new dynamic educational beliefs incur have important meanings to teacher education and educational beliefs research.Therefore, this study needs to answer two questions: 1.whether the educational practice trainee teachers changed their educational beliefs. 2. During the teaching practice, what factors led to the change.This study combines the questionnaires, interviews and text analysis. Because the implicit beliefs need to be explored and the research design has been took into consideration, the research primarily adopted interviews. Undergraduate trainee teachers from x university took part in this study. The differences of trainee teachers’ beliefs before and after educational practice were found by analysizing data and text. The findings are as below:1.Before and after the educational practice, trainee teachers’ educational beliefs changed, specifically in the following aspects:(1) Overall, trainee teachers’ educational beliefs have changed, but not dramatically.(2) Teachers’ beliefs in some dimensions transferred from open to neutral even conventional beliefs.(3) The direction and degree of changes are different.(4) The way of educational beliefs’ changes in trainee teachers focus on "correct" and complements.(5) Different gender and whether the teacher is free normal students or not have different beliefs changes.2.Before and after teaching practice, many factors affected the educational beliefs changes of trainee teachers :(1) There is a certain correlation between the belief and the importance the internship school attached and the times of teaching practice.(2) Educational Practice is the most important direct factor to educational beliefs change.(3) Apart from educational practice there are a number of other factors, such as education reform, parents’ attitudes and teachers’ economic conditions.In conclusion,in order to protect and guide trainee teachers to keep an open educational beliefs,there are some suggestions to Teachers College and Educational Internship.
