The course of ideological and political theory is directed to strengthen the students’ discipline of the marxism theory training, our party has always paid attention to the teaching effectiveness of college education courses, as well as development. However, in terms of the present stage, the problems of the current situation are that the education effect is not strong. Among them, the practice of education courses is the problem that influences the education effect. Therefore, we should continue to strengthen its practical subject in the field of research.At the same time of stressing the importance of practice, we must focus on the resources development degree firstly. To a great extent, the level of the practice of teaching resource utilization affects the teaching effect of education courses. This is to say, the practices can support teaching resources, and the adequacy of their utilization of resources and efficiency work as its own development driving force. Therefore, in our study education courses resource problems in the practice teaching is inevitable and has research value. This article mainly discusses education courses teaching practice, the related questions of resource utilization, through the questionnaire, to further increase the reality basis of the article.Firstly, to grasp problems in the field more thoroughly, we have to clarify some basic concepts, which is theoretical premise and necessary knowledge accumulation of our study.This part mainly grasps the relevant concepts of resources. First of all, in a general sense system of resources and the development process and the meaning of education resources, and then conducted a brief understanding of ideological and political education outlook. Finally, from the practice teaching to the practice teaching resources and to the resource utilization. This layer on the three concepts is defined and analyzed.The second part, analyzing problems by the value and significance as the breakthrough point, is characterized by four aspects: to make up for the shortage of resources in the field of the status; To arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers and students to participate in practice; conducive to the development of students’ education and teacher; to improve the effectiveness of the education courses.The third part makes an analysis of the existing problems in resources utilization. As for the first subject, resource utilization subject exists resources consciousness, sallow cooperation consciousness and ignorance of the recessive education problem; The second way, practice teaching resources use existing way a single, rigid, scattered utilization of resources. Besides, efficiency of practice teaching resources use efficiency problems is aroused and analyzes the causes; The final system, mainly from the supply system and organization security system and consumption system is analyzed.The fourth part gives a brief analysis of the influence factors of practice teaching resources use, including the development of specific situation, the real cost, the main body in resource utilization ability and guarantee mechanism.The fifth part, based on the problem of resource utilization and influence factors, from the perspective of the same found resources using the implementation of the path, puts forward the following specific solution: to improve the ability of resource use main body; To improve resource utilization skills; to improve the efficiency of resource utilization; and to improve the resource utilization of support system.
