Knowledge is a two edged sword, perfect personality holds it can benefit the society, the twisted personality hold it may turn out to be the sharpened weapon, unpredictable harm to society! In order to discusses the personality education of adolescent problems may have adverse consequences, this paper from 2013 occurred in Fudan University poisoning case as the breakthrough point, problems of adolescent personality education in China were studied.The first chapter of this thesis first of 4ยท1 Fudan cast poison case itself has carried on the analysis and reflection, on the basis of this, the personality and personality education a theoretical definition. The third chapter first points out the current situation of teenager character education of our country is adolescent personality education has attracted more and more attention but there are still some deficiencies in understanding based on the present situation, identify the main problems of the current adolescent character education in our country. The main problems are as following: some aspects of education practice and education policy, quality education and personality education easily confused, professional teachers lack a few aspects. In view of the current situation and problems of Chinese adolescent personality education, the second part of this chapter and to the cause of Chinese adolescent personality education present situation and problems of the analysis of the causes, the author thinks that causes mainly include: assessment system is relatively simple, "official" concept has taken root, improve the enrollment rate of higher education needs to be discussion, social culture, family environment, recessive education relatively scarce in four aspects. The fourth chapter is according to in the third chapter, the current situation and problems and Countermeasures of the China Youth personality education problem of insufficient, indicating must adhere to the all-round development of education policy, must be for the youth personality education set feasible goal, youth personality education need the family, school and society three Fang Qi efforts. In this paper, with a case analysis as the starting point, in-depth exploration of whether students have a sound personality on education and social significance, aimed at through the discussion that only knowledge and personality is not perfect people can not only to serve the society and but may bring unexpected social harm of this view, and draws the conclusion that personality education is of great significance.
