Action learning is put forward by the British professor Reg Revans, used in hospitals and coal enterprise training in the earliest. Action learning advocated that learning comes from learners real experience,and supported to promoting teaching from the cycle of learners conversation, reflection and action. It really embodies the idea which emphasize practical learning and lifelong learning, also relects the target that students are active to participate, glad to explore and positive to cooperate, which advocated by the new curriculum reform.Reflection is the core elements of action learning,the degree of attention to it and design the relationship between operation action learning teaching practice effect. Under the backglound of new curriculun reform, in order to solve the inefficient problems in action learning teaching, the research point of the view that reflection is the core essential factor and link on action learning teaching. First of all, with the help of literature research, Refer to analysis the existing theoretical research and teaching practice about action learning teaching; Second, in order to more clearly grasp the connotation of action learning, clarifing action learning to doing learning, cooperative learning and action research; moreover, for understanding and grasping better the essence of the action learning and operation process, the research combing analysis the elements, connotation of the action learning process,oretical basis and applicable to comb and the types of knowledge, just for showing that reflection is the core of action learning elements and important segment. Implementating the reflection link, not only need to pay attention to, also need to dialogue between team members that can trigger a multi-level reflection and promote the construction of learners’ knowledge and cultivate their ability of problem solving, this can help they obtain the learning strategies. Through this kind of higher freedom learning and reflection, the learners can make a can responsible and positive attitude to the life, and inspire their potential,.This is the value orientation of action learning teaching which have great significance to imolement "the knowledge, skills, emotional attitude and values" in ideological and political lesson in senior middle school.After the above theory, this research uses observation method, interview method to analysis the present situation and existing problems of the reflection on the Action learning link in Ideological and Political lesson in senior middle school. it is concluded that the implementation of reflection link also lack of the attention and methods, such as there is no effective dialogue and the teacher did not give importance to reflection of the students,,the teacher as a facilitator guide skills need to be strengthen and the lack of specific teaching steps.Aiming at the problems above, puting forward the solution about use action learning teaching, guide an effective dialogue between team members, takes student’s reflection on implementation and enhance the cultivation of teachers guide technique. At the same time, in order to achieve the effectiveness of action learning to promote students’ development in Ideological and Political lesson in senior middle school, designing and researching the effective teaching model is desperately needed. In view of this, the author in etc. Based on the theory of action learning, try to construct the "action-reflection" teaching mode, in order to contribute to achieve effective classroom teaching.In action learning theory and practice research, there is no denying the fact that the research achievements of action learning is very rich, but the reflection from the link as the breakthrough point of the research findings is less.Teaching in classroom need the dialogue and sharing between team members tocome true reflection, which can effectively make the student to existing experience and comprehension to form a new, and having a correct understanding, the more,it can help students formate a correct value orientation, take the initiative to build knowledge and have a positive attitude towards life.
