The Casework Intervention Of Adolescent Education

Teenagers are the future of our motherland, the hope of the nation. Paying attention to and caring out adolescent education, is not only relates to the healthy growth of teenagers,but also it is important issue which is related to national future and national prosperity.To accept the adolescent education, is the need of every student’s healthy growth.Adolescence is the best period of life, and is the key to a personal learning knowledge and growth period, of course, with the psychological and physiological changes; there will be the problems such as lacking of adaptability of the adolescent. Therefore carrying out the adolescent education is an important content that guide the healthy growth of teenagers and strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization of the indispensable.In this paper, we took the middle school students at X school in Wu Zhong District for the analysis of the population, through field research, literature analysis, case interview and observation method for data collection and sorting, do to the research about the status of adolescent education young people, support system and the education of the adolescent problems are analyzed, and ultimately determined the intervention methods of adolescent education problem, namely case work method. In the perspective of case studies, the author used the psychosocial therapy pattern as the analysis framework, combined with field investigation and study of real cases, from the cause analysis, problem definition,target establishment, the perspective of comprehensive evaluation of intervention, on the basis of the integration of various kinds of support network finally reached a conclusion that the main cause of adolescent behavior problems.
