The Research On Student Management Of Private Universities In The Perspective Of The Multiple Intelligences Theory

Student management, which is the important guarantee of private colleges to cultivate outstanding graduates and an important part of private colleges management, plays an important role in promoting private colleges teaching and education work. The development of society and the changing environment of private education have increased the urgency of private colleges and universities student management reform, and in turn, the own development of private colleges and universities has even prompted the necessity of private colleges and universities student management reform.Taking the private colleges of Shandong province as an example, the article based on the analysis of the theory of multiple intelligences characteristics and private colleges and universities student management discipline connotation, interpreting the characteristics of private college students and student management, and exploring the new way of private universities student management. The article analyses student management’s problems from the four characteristics of the theory of multiple intelligences—development, multidimensionality, culture and practicality. It aims what student management’s problems lie, analyses attributively it from the aspects of service concept, working mechanism, student discipline atmosphere and teacher team building,and put forward new methods of private universities student management under new situation.In the future, private universities student management should outreach the ideas, build student-oriented service concept, reconstruct a reasonable management system. And at the same time, it should strengthen employment guidance and psychological counseling, establish a high quality specialized student management team, to mine the student potential and find advantage, thus cultivating their self-management skills and making each student grow healthily in all-round way.
