"Carding and Exploration" part is the bright spot of common high school curriculum standards test textbook version published by People’s Education Press in 2004, also the focus and difficulty of teaching, It plays an important role in improving the students’ language ability and the cultivation of the students’ Chinese accomplishment. This part attaches importance to students’ learning activities process and generative, and emphasize the use of comprehensive learning manner of inquiry learning. It strives to improve the writing ability of using language, train thinking quality, cultivate personal emotion, enhance cultural awareness, to enable students to obtain the full development of language ability and language literacy. But from the teaching practice, the teaching situation of "Carding and Exploration" is not optimistic, and teaching can’t achieve the intention and goal of this part. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make a special study about how to teach "carding and exploration" effectively, hoping to open the "carding and exploration" new teaching vision and provide a new idea, letting the teachers pay attention to "carding and exploration" part of the teaching.This paper is divided into four chapters, from important position of "Carding and Exploration" in Chinese course, content and arrangement characteristics, the teaching content integration and the implementation of teaching four aspects, to discuss "Carding and Exploration" teaching. It aims to discover the importance and design characteristics of "Carding and Exploration" as the curriculum resources, hoping to provide some new perspectives and new ideas for this part of the teaching. Firstly, This paper briefly analyzes the design idea of "Carding and Exploration" in High school textbooks published by People’s Education Press, to define the uniqueness and importance of "Carding and Exploration" in high school Chinese course and then from the "Carding" and "Exploration" concept, based on the new curriculum standards and textbooks to determine the status of this part. Secondly, this article analysis design features of "Carding and Exploration" from the content selection and arrangement, and points out the design deficiency of this part. Thirdly, this paper based on the teaching practice put forward the point of view of integrating "Carding and Exploration" 15 special topics teaching content, established the basic rules and requirements of the integration of the teaching content. On this basis, according to the characteristics of "carding and exploration" the paper will put forward a design of integrating these special topics into "language-text", "literary appreciation" and "cultural history" three teaching units. Finally, this paper puts forward the basic teaching orientation of "Carding and Exploration" from the teaching practice level, established the basic requirements of integrating teaching, and according to the special characteristics of a carding and exploring different focus, respectively puts forward relevant strategies to accumulate carding and inquiry learning. In order to maximize the use of existing teaching resources, the paper also proposes to strengthen the link between "Carding and Exploration" and the text knowledge, and think about how to carry out knowledge cohesion. In a word, the paper is not from the specific aspects of teaching design to study the "Carding and Exploration", but from the whole macroscopic discussion on implementation of this part of the teaching, and hope the teachers can carry out the Chinese teaching more regularly, to make Chinese teaching to cultivate students’ language ability and improve their language literacy in the true sense.
