With the development of the society, the strengthening of international exchanges and cooperation, English as a foreign language has become opened its doors to the world of an indispensable tool. It is a second language in the rapid development of our country. People more and more realize the urgency and importance of learning English well. In the rapid development of China’s environment, the test is no longer the purpose of learning English well. English learning from grabbed the doll. So the students in each stage have different learning tasks. Learn English content of each stage is the foundation. The effective connection of each phase is also very important. Found in the author’s teaching practice, students after in junior English learning has a lag period, that is to say, students in their English study in the first stage is more demanding. In line with some of the doubts, the author deeply the element and junior high school English classroom for one month. The author found that the elementary school and junior high school English learning content exists large span, large difference of students learning, the teacher teaching way ravines and students’ psychological problems of anxiety. Then the author went into the field investigation and access to a lot of data to find the solution. Krashen’s second language learning theory- monitoring theory expounded the mechanism and process of second language. This gives the author a lot of inspiration. Monitor theory- learn more by acquisition hypothesis, natural order hypothesis acquisition, monitoring of hypothesis, input hypothesis and affective filter hypothesis. At the beginning of the five subsystems for the small English teaching cohesion provides a good idea and opportunity. I have in-depth analysis of the characteristics and connotation of the monitor theory. The author analyzed the monitoring the implementation of primary school junior middle school English teaching from the perspective of cohesion theory mechanism. Thus puts forward the theory of monitoring of primary school junior middle school English teaching from the perspective of cohesion, the integration of curriculum content sex, classroom teaching integration, as well as the emotional experience. And this strategy is used in teaching practice.
