| In recent years, the MOOC develop very quickly. MOOC sweeping the world depend on the famous school, teacher, open, sharing and so on. Companies scrambling to grab the online market hand in hand, the government and universities launched education platform Jointly, famous schools join in the online education. As "the Chinese university MOOC" project officially launched, MOOC has more and more influence on China’s higher education. Compared with the education practice, related theoretical research about MOOC is far from enough. There are some misunderstandings on the MOOC. Therefore, it has great practical significance to study MOOC furtherly, open its mysterious veil and let more people know MOOC rationally.This paper consider cognitive load theory, procedural teaching theory, constructivism learning theory, learning theory and humanistic learning theory as the theoretical basis, combined with the case COUESERA course, analyze MOOC teaching design theory from the perspectives of teaching and learning, points out the limitations of MOOC combined with the theory, finally puts forward we should use MOOC reasonably to promote the development of education on the basis of human development.From the perspectives of teaching,MOOC teaching design principles include the following:1. Teaching aspect, MOOC reflects the understanding teaching theory thought, pay attention to set up a clear teaching goal.2. The teaching content, MOOC reflects the cognitive load theory thought. MOOC has short video, and presents teaching content integrated a variety of ways, reduce the learners’ cognitive load.3. The teaching mode, MOOC reflects constructivism learning theory, emphasizes the student is centered, teachers is the initiator and organizer in the course of the whole teaching process, help students to realize the meaning of knowledge construction.4. Teaching evaluation use the mastery learning theory and teaching theory, attaches great importance to the process evaluation and immediate feedback.From the perspectives of learning,MOOC teaching design principles include the following:1. The learners’ motivation, MOOC reflects humanism learning theory and learning theory. MOOC attaches great importance to the emotional factors, emphasizes the learners’ intrinsic motivation, promote meaningful learning.2. The learning environment, MOOC reflects the constructivism learning theory and learning theory, attaches great importance to provide support and promote learning venues and provide a stress-free learning environment.3. Learning activities, MOOC reflects the thoughts of constructivism learning theory, emphasizes the study of social interaction.MOOC has some defects compared with the traditional courses inevitably,such as MOOC is difficult to establish a complete set of professional course,lack of tacit knowledge, learners’ experience, teachers’ targeted guidance and emotional support. Therefore, we can’t overemphasize the technical potential and ignores the role of people and the role of culture, we should use MOOC reasonably to promote learners’ learning and education development. |
