As a magnificent works of the history of foreign education,Rousseau’s "Emile" has an important status in the field of education at that time and even today. The research on "Emile" mainly focused on the following aspects: first, The probe into Rousseau’s view on children; Second, authority and democracy of the relation between teachers and students; Third, the analysis of Rousseau’s educational thought of naturalism and their enlightenments to our education etc. The several aspects of the study are based on a positive attitude, to excavate reasonable factors of Rousseau’s educational thoughts, to inspire the education teaching in china. Undeniably, Rousseau’s "Emile" does contain rich education thought. However, everything has two sides, the absolute perfect things do not exist. Rousseau’s "Emile" is no exception. Poke the praises of its educational thought, we find that the education thoughts in Rousseau’s "Emile" also have strong idealized tendency. The excessive beautification of Emile’s positive education thoughts is not good for the improvement of teaching results, but will bring blindness.Utopia(Utopia) intended for "no place" or "good place",it is generally used to describe any imagine, ideal society. Sometimes it is also used to describe the attempts which turn theory into reality. Utopia is often used to represent some good things,but can not be achieved(or almost unable to realize) suggestions, desire, plans and so on. Education of utopia is based on the ideal of education, the design and planning for the development of future education The development of education requires the participation of utopia, but indulging in utopia mud blindly is dangerous.On this basis, the research transforms its view, discusses some unreasonable factors in Rousseau’s Emile—the span of the ideal of education, that is the excessive utopia about education. Before, the ideal of education and the ideal of education’s limitation and improper beyond are analyzed; Secondly, based on repeated readings, elucidates the excessive utopia performance; Thirdly, on the basis of the analysis of its ideal performance, discussing the possible consequences of idealized; in the end, In combination with some improper phenomenons of the ideal of education, on the basis of improper beyond producing enlightenment to the development. of current education.
