This article mainly analysis the present developing situation of primary and high school football of Hebei province by uses research methods of literature, Investigation and Mathematical statistics. Questionnaire is divided into four categories which include physical education teachers’(coaches) questionnaire, students’ questionnaire, school leadership’s questionnaire and questionnaires of parent. According to analysis the effective questionnaire author try to fully understand the status of the campus football for teenagers in primary and high school of Hebei Province, hope found some universal restrict factors in the course of it.
