In today’s society, the demand for high quality and new type talentsputforward new requirements and challengesto the education system. Existing training ways of teaching skill in higher normal university cannot meet the demands of the newcurriculumreformofelementaryeducation, teachereducationnewcurriculum, in-post teaching practice and discipline teaching theory day by day. How to enrich existing training pattern of higher normal university pre-service teacher’s teaching skill, explore new training pattern is the scientific research focus in the higher education workers eager attention.In the first place, there is a summary of teaching skill, lesson study and the related theory between the two in this paper. From different angles, this paper expounds the concepts of teaching skill and lesson study, refines the characteristic of both, summarizes the types of teaching skill, clarifies the teaching skill training object and analyzes the importance of teachingskill.Afterwards, this paper makes a sample survey about the actuality of higher normal university pre-service teacher’s teaching skill with questionnaire survey, respectivelydoes result analysisfrom five aspects that teaching skill training form, curriculum provision, training time, content needs hierarchy and the “whole and divide” way of skill training,arrived an investigation conclusion that “the set of course content is completed basically, combining teaching theory and practice; training time is relatively reasonable, remains to be strengthen; training form is relatively single, training platform needs to be added; training content needs is multilateral, the new model is urgent to be developed; training is based on spread special training, and should strengthen the comprehensive training as a whole”, and then puts forward higher normal university pre-service teacher’s teaching skill training new ideas of the "Lesson study" training mode.Then, using the form of raising questions and answering illustrates the concrete contents of "lesson study”. Furthermore, this paper describes the new pattern of introducing " lesson study” as pre-service teacher’s teaching skilltraining, presenting the design process, operation process and concrete content.Next, this paper takes Hebei Normal University, college of life science level 2012 pre-service teachers as the research object, and keeps detailed record about the practice course of "lesson study" training mode, and introduces the determination of participants about the "Lesson study" training mode in the earlyformation, students participate in community mobilization, the formationof training form, the determination of training content, the practice process of lesson study, facing to face with the frontline teachers, writing lesson study report and holding thelesson show competition.Finally, this article aiming at implementation effect has some statistical analysis by presenting the practice of procedural results and the questionnaire survey. Thereinto, it describes the procedural achievements of the lesson study practice from text materials, paper publication and videoimage. There are five aspects that taking up spare training time, the degree of comprehensive skills training, the master degreeof whole class, the impact on the field work and improvementsuggestions, which do some statistical analysisaiming at the "lesson study" model.
