Balance is the most important physical fitness trampoline athletes, theory and practice of trampoline athlete balance is an important part of research work Trampoline. In the course of the study in order to prepare for the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil national team and its high level of balance training method trampoline athletes for the survey, the integrated use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, test methods and mathematical statistics, in terms of the definition of a trampoline athlete balance, characteristics, physiological principles, training methods, characteristic of elite trampoline athletes balance of theoretical and empirical research.The main conclusions are as follows:1. through the study of the ability to define a special balance of Trampolining:trampoline project, trampoline athletes in order to ensure the stability of the air somersault technical movements and gestures netted, even if the body is in a very unstable state, the still rapid, accurate, coordinated control of body posture and movement and accurately complete somersault ability arrested larger displacement does not occur.2. the dynamic experimental results show that the dynamic balance ability of our men’s elite trampoline athletes better than female athletes. And through inter-group analysis, dynamic balance ability of elite trampoline athletes significantly better than the average student.3. there is no significant difference in the time of China’s elite trampoline athletes feet eyes open and eyes closed standing balance state, man is superior to woman athlete feet with eyes closed. Proprioception show feet when standing dominant role in balance control.4. China’s elite trampoline athletes in the eyes, whether standing on one foot with eyes closed under a state of balance and significantly lower, there is no advantage when fully reflect trampoline athlete standing with one foot.5. at this stage of China’s trampoline team to improve the general balance of the athletes training methods are mainly means Swiss ball exercises, balance exercises pad means, methods and core board exercises chest exercises means.
