The Research Of “shidu" In Problem And Social Support

At present, China is in a critical period of social transition, faced with various restr ucturing risks with Chinese characteristics, "shidu" issue is one of the risks of them. The simple definition of "shidu" issue is that parents lost their only one child because of dis ease or accident and haven’t adopted or given birth to another one child.30 years ago, C hina promulgated the Family planning policy which encouraged each family tohave onl y one child. The policy laid a foundation for economic and social development, but also brought the crisis for part of the Chinese family. It’s called “shidu” problem. The group of “shidu” confront a variety of social problems which are becom ing more and m ore obvious with age, and among these problem s, aging problems are especially clear-cut, which makes the group concerned.I just took the “shidu” people in C hongqing as a sam ple to get the following research analysis: first, defining the connot ation of “shidu” groups, “shidu” fa mily, and the sustainable development of the f amily. Finding that “shidu” issue essentially interrupt the sustainable developm ent of th e family. And I analyzed the reason s that Chinese “shidu” issue is different from other countries. Second, Combined data,in-depth interpreting the "shidu" issue. And I analyzed comprehensive the status and problems of “shidu” groups. The author based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, social risk theory, social support theory, putting forward “shidu” issue may bring some risks to family and social. Such as, it interrupted sustainable development of the family. Putting out that “shidu” issue should get the common concer n of social. And “s hidu” people should receive support and as sistance from national governm ents and society. Third, further analysis the basis of how to provide social support for the “shidu” people. I recognize that “shidu” become vulnerable groups after to contribute to the family planning policy. And “shidu” people exists a lot of ne eds in economic, spiritual, life care after losing the only child. Then I analyze th e way to help “shidu” family reintegration from care of family, care of neighborhood, policy support, and other social forces. As well as how to resolve and prevent so cial risks is due to "shidu ". Fourth, I based on the foregoing analysis, putting forward the counterm easure, to establish the soci al support system by the government, society, friends and other components of the social support. Finally, to gradually liberalized the two-child policy. And paying more attention to build the health family and improve ability to resist risks.
