The paper focuses on the high talents of Hebei universities,thus providing a useful reference for relating research.Firstly, the related background, the meaning of research, the latest findings at home and abroad and research thinking and method are dealt with in this paper. Secondly, the related concept and the theoretical principle are explained. The theoretical principle is the cooperation theory and the motivation theory. Thirdly, the current status of college teachers of Hebei is analyzed, focusing on the quantity and quality, the structure and the efficiency. The problems of the college teachers of Hebei are found.The quantity of the high talents is low, especially the quantity of the academicians, academic leaders and masters are short.
