Algebra is an important branch of mathematics in high school, which runs through the whole high school math. The example is an important part of mathematics teaching.It’s good for students to master basic math knowledge and skills, and the access to basic mathematics and mathematical thinking experience. Algebra examples teaching is an important channel for obtaining algebra knowledge. Realizing the improvement of the effectiveness of algebra examples teaching is an affirmation for teachers to teach and students to learn.In order to more effectively implement the new curriculum of mathematics teaching,and improve teaching efficiency,mathematics teacher must establish effective teaching concept and adapt to the new curriculum, and master effective teaching strategies and methods of improving algebra examples teaching. Therefore, the study of algebra examples of teaching effectiveness has very important practical significance.This paper mainly adopted literature analysis, questionnaire method, lesson study and interviews, reference examples of abroad teaching effectiveness research, drawing on the experience of other teachers teaching, combined with my own teaching practice,made a more comprehensive study of the effective teaching of algebra examples, then put forward the implementation of strategies to promote the effectiveness of algebra examples teaching.In this paper, the status quo of high school algebra examples teaching is chosen as a starting point.Through the investigation of high school students and teachers in MingDe high school on examples of algebraic understanding and access of dealing with to analyze the status quo of algebra examples teaching. In addition, I made the following reason analysis to the status quo of teaching algebra examples:In terms of teachers:teachers selected examples too casually, with no effective combination of examples written principles; teachers explained the process of examples not deep enough, which made teacherss often ignore the dominant position of students and the actual situation; a summary of reflection on the example is given not enough attention, and teachers did not fully exploit the features of examples teaching.In terms of students:students lack of thinking time, lack of capacity, lack of habits and thinking.The existence lectures:"Teach much=learn better";"teach ’good’=learn to understand’;"teach to understand=learn deeply";"teach positively= learn initiatively".Through my study of the effectiveness of the practice examples of teaching high school algebra proposed strategies and approaches to promote the effectiveness of teaching algebra examples:selected examples designed;explained examples succinctly; reflected examples ofenly. These strategies cultivate knowledge of algebra learning, thinking, training, capacity development and improvement of the quality effectively together.
