Painting teaching activity is an important part in the field of preschool art education, and it has a very important influence on the cultivation of children’s aesthetic sensibility and creativity. How does the design status of painting teaching activity of preschool teachers directly affect the effect of children’s painting teaching activities. This research studies and analyzes the data mainly through the documentary method, observation method and interviewing method, and thus gets the status survey results of the teaching activity design in Kindergarten A.This research mainly studies from the following several parts:The first part is an introduction. It discusses the origin of the author’s study, defines the main concepts involved in the research, summarizes the related research in the past, clears the research purpose and significance, and chooses the research method as well as the research object of this study.The second part describes the status of painting teaching activity design in kindergarten A. Through analyzing the design status of teachers’ objectives, contents, methods, materials, processes and evaluation for painting teaching activities, it understands the actual situation of painting teaching activity design of teachers in kindergarten A.The third part is the problems and reason analysis. On the basis of the previous chapter, it reveals the problems existing in the painting teaching activity design of teachers in kindergarten A: the expression angle of painting teaching activity target is not unified, and the expression is general and abstract; The design of painting teaching content does not fully consider children’s class characteristics; The materials of painting teaching activities are single; The lack of evaluation subject of painting teaching activities. The causes are the factors of teachers and kindergarten.The fourth part is the suggestions. According to the above problems, it puts forward the measures of improving teachers’ painting teaching activity design from two aspects of teachers and kindergarten. In terms of teachers, teachers should set up correct education ideas, strengthen the learning of teacher theoretical knowledge and improve the practical ability of painting teaching activity design; In terms of kindergarten aspects, kindergartens should strengthen the support for teachers’ painting teaching, provide teachers with sufficient time of teaching activity design and set up the effective training mechanism of teachers’ teaching activity design.
