In recent years, ethnic tourism with unique natural scenery and special folk customs is getting more and more tourists’ attention. Generally, tourism can effectively drive the destination community development. Variousforms of community participation in tourism developmentbecome the important way of local residents to get rich. However, "marginalization" likely occurs in ethnic minority communities. The phenomenon has not yet caused widespread domestic concern.Article selects Taoping Qiang Race Village of Lixian County in Sichuan province. Research for “marginalization” of aborigines in tourism developmentfrom personal capital as the starting point, using literature research method, case study method, frequency, factor analysis, correlation, and regression analysis and statistical analysis methods, mainly following studies: Firstly, reviewed the research on tourism community "marginalized" phenomenon of the theoretical basis, research method, and the important point research results. Raise the index system and theory hypothesis on this study; Secondly, a case study in Tao ping Qiang village of empirical research through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires in the field collecting aboriginal tourism development communities by way of personal capital on their "marginalization" of qualitative information and quantitative data. Analysis national tourism communities financial capital, human capital, social capital impact of their marginalization combined quality materials with statistical data. Discuss some reasons of "marginalized" in this region; Finally, proposed such "marginalization" methods of regulation.The innovation of this study is mainly manifested in: Firstly,this research attempts to explore the influence of three major capitals of "marginalization", realize the inner factors of "marginalization" through measuring personal capital stocksof aborigines in ethnic tourism community;Secondly,study introduces economic capital, social capital, human capital theories in economics and sociology to proposed regulation measures of "marginalization".
