The main purpose of this study is to deepen the understanding of "the wise teachers" based on previous research, the scientific definition of this study "intelligent teacher", "primary and secondary school language teachers with wisdom" of the concept, connotation and characteristics of performance. And on this basis puts forward effective ways to promote the growth of Chinese "intelligent teachers in primary and secondary schools", to promote the futureof Chinese "intelligent teachers of middle and primary school" science, effective growth. Firstly, the reasons of selecting the topic,the related research literature review, research significance and research methods were reviewed; and then discusses the primary school "the wise teachers" concept, essential features and types,deepen the study and understanding of Chinese "intelligent teachers" schools; followed by on analysis on the growth of Chinese "case intelligent teachers" schools, clear primary schools Chinese "intelligent teachers" growth features and importance; then explorethe growth rule of growth of Chinese "intelligent teachers in primary and secondary schools", mainly reflected factors and law of growthanalysis the fetters of growth of Chinese "intelligent teachers in primary and middle schools." and puts forward the effective ways of Chinese growth, "the wise teachers" schools on the basis of the study, in order to be able to "future primary school teachers with wisdom" benefit growth.
