With the background of lacking in standardization and scientificity at present in educational management evaluation among college students, the thesis analyzes the status quo and existing problems of such evaluation, which is guided by the National Guideline on Medium and Long Term Program for Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020) and people oriented policy with the aim of improving the comprehensive quality of college students. Based on the further research of educational management evaluation theories, it adopts the multi-factor analytical method(MFA) to choose the related factors concerned with educational management evaluation, so that the efficient solutions are put forward. Moreover,with the research on educational management evaluation and its coping strategy, the index set of evaluating factors and comprehensive analysis model, combing the multiple factors and its related factors, are established. Meanwhile, by the technique of MVC pattern design, AJAX,ASP.NET, BP neural networks and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the evaluation system of educational management among college students is designed and developed. After analyzing the evaluation results, the thesis points out some existing problems, such as stressing the intellectual education, neglecting the moral education, emphasizing scores and overlooking ability, attaching importance to employment rate and making light of personality development. Finally it reveals that there is absence of ideal and belief among college students, lack of temporal spirit and scientific validity in the present evaluation system.Against the existing problems, it puts forward the coping strategy based on MFA: change the educational concept, deepen the educational reform, renovate the ways of management style, reinforce self-education and self-assessment among college students so as to improve the students’ management evaluation system further, which will provide a new systematic methodology for it among college students.
