With the continuous development of the Internet, cloud computing, resource and construction technology, more and more students tend to learn through the network, compared to traditional classroom teacher "indoctrination" teaching methods, they like to mastery knowledge and use knowledge in hands-on practice. The development of MOOC has gradually met the need of student to learn on internet of using the perfect resources. However, within the continuous improvement of the education system, educational resources sharing and mutual recognition of credits has not been implemented very well, that’s lead massive online class system with the current school system has a contradict. Only by combining the online learning, classroom instruction and after-school training closely and at the meanwhile implemented both online and offline practice exercises, thus it can make students to remain free in the entire learning process, keep effective learning state. According to above, therefore, the "Flipped Class" should be introduced in order to make the Internet era as an education revolution.This paper used the flipped classroom teaching model as the issue point, mainly for research in two ways. The first part, this paper used the literature analysis, case studies, comparative analysis to research to build the new flipped classroom teaching model. Based on the results of previous studies, the "after-school training" had been to be a part of flipped classroom teaching model. So, the flipped classroom model which has completely teaching process of "before-in-after" class had been built. And put the personalized learning style ideas which reflected the "student-centered" into novel flipped classroom teaching model, in order to achieve the personalized and differentiated learning.Through the study, analysis and design, this paper improved the theoretical basis of flipping classroom teaching model, and analysis the advantages and feasibility of the implementation the flipped class by theoretical and practical ways.
