Research On Long-term Mechanism Of Social Sport Instructors Management And Use

The social sport instructors engaged in public welfare which were established in 1994 have gained significant progress after the development of 20 years. In one way, the number of social sports instructors is increasingly and have creating a huge number of physical educational guidance stations. In another way, people enthusiasm for fitness activities are rising, commonweal social sports instructors have playing a more and more important role in the development of mass sport and the construction of Harmonious society. But there are still some problem existing in the team that needed to be solved at present such as the lacking of material security and constrains mechanism. The core will be creating a long-term mechanism of social sport instructors` management and use which is good for the social sports instructors and to motivate and enhance the level of fitness guidance.This article is analyzing the position, values and the current situation of social sport instructors by means of literature, finding out the restricting factors and putting forwards a mechanism based on the “pay and post”. The paper is discussing the necessity of this mechanism in the aspect of law, government, the masses and instructors itself, analyzing the restraining factors of it and put forward the solution.This study may have great significance to the construction of long-term mechanism for the commonweal social sport instructors. It has the duty to promoting the concepts of how to keep fit to the whole society and it can help to build the national fitness system.
