With comprehensive practical activities in the development situation of China’s primary and secondary school curriculum is getting better, the new curriculum requirements for teachers in comprehensive practice activity curriculum ideas, teaching materials, teaching methods and evaluation raised higher and higher, even for teachers professional knowledge of literacy became seriously. Review of previous studies, the relevant researches focused more on the curriculum, but the researches on the teachers’ professional knowledge of literacy become less. And in previous studies, the study areas are mostly concentrated on the subjects of Chinese, mathematics, and English, etc., and study about the teachers’ professional knowledge and literacy researches are rarer.In view of this, the article based on the requirements of New Curriculum for Comprehensive Practice of teachers’ professional knowledge and literacy, designing the questionnaire and interview outline. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire and interviews related to the case of leaders and teachers. On the one hand, to understand the professional knowledge and literacy status of the Shijiazhuang Comprehensive Practice primary schoolteachers. On the other hand,to analyze the affecting factors of the comprehensive practice teachers’ professional knowledge and literacy. Trying to make some insights about improving the overall practice of teachers’ professional knowledge and literacy t.Through the study and researches, the primary school teachers’ overall comprehensive practical expertise in literacy activities are in good condition, but it can not reach excellence. The conceptual knowledge of literacy, knowledge-based literacy, conditional knowledge and practical knowledge literacy are still can be improved, non-model school teachers ’professional knowledge and literacy is lower than the model school teachers’. The main reasons are social and environmental factors, environmental factors, schools, teachers, and other personal factors.As to the reasons of the current practice of teachers’ professional knowledge comprehensive literacy, In this paper, the following methods are as follows: Establish and improve primary school teachers integrated practice management system. Society organizes regular trains to enhance teachers’ professional knowledge of literacy. School should provide the learning platform, training teachers’ professional knowledge and literacy. Focus on the awareness of the subject developments, improving their own literacy of professional knowledge.
