This paper researched the "Outward Leg Swing in Flight 360° Turned into one knee raised an independentaction" in biomechanical method in order to find the unstable actors of biomechanical parameters so that we can help the athletes improve their stabilities of the movement and provide the coaches the theoretic support of guiding the athletes better.This research analyzed 6 excellent Tai Ji athletes’ best motion of their 5 trials in biomechanical method.We used motion eight-camera high-speed video capture system(Motion Analysis,200Hz) synchronoized with force platform(Kistler 9281CA,1000Hz).After analyzing and researching the parameters,the following conclusions were made:(1)Male athletes were more stable than female when completing the movement.(2)In the jump period, the "less horizontal velocity of COM,larger angle of take off and angle of push" was good for the stability of the movement.(3)After the kick point,the swing leg’s horizontal velocity had a negative influnce on the stability of landing.(4)In the landing period,the "less velocity of COM,smaller flextion angle of hip and knee,smaller dorsiflexion angle of ankle,nearer distance between the projection of COM on the ground and COP" had a positive influence on landing stability.
