University is one of the main places of cultural exchange and dissemination, which has an important status in the society. In the construction of university network culture, as the forefront of academic communication, the campus network is an important channel for teachers and students to communicate with the social from all walks of life, and also the important medium of faculty undertake to educational management.With the vigorous development of the university network culture, the covering content and innovation concept are increasing, culture creativity is emerging in endlessly, feeling wide, and spreading is faster. Cultural communication and the recessive education begin to combine, but by the main time, some problems existing in the construction of university network culture have begun to highlight.
