| XingJiang labor export is an important measure of optimal allocation of laborresources and strategic decisions. which can effectively solve the countryside surpluslabor force, help farmers out of poverty, promote economic development andmaintaining social stability in recent year. The implementation of the measures for theXinJiang government brought the profound influence in improving the labor quality,changing the concept of farmers and herdsmen employment, promoting laboremployment, increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen, and the economicdevelopment and social stability of XinJiang. At the same time, due to the XinJiangminority nationality areas affected by the traditional economic structure, employmentconcepts, customs and habits of religious belief and other special reasons, makes thelabor export become harder. and presents its corresponding and different kinds ofissues.Moyu county is the second populous county in XinJiang, its labor surplus hasbeen one of the important reasons in hindering its economic development. Throughthe research of analysis and summary of Moyu labor export, we can find all sorts ofproblems existing in XinJiang labor export, help us to provide suggestions andcountermeasures for the labor export in future.Based on the related research materials and my social survey collection of Moyuinformation, labor service export of this Moyu county and its related problems arediscussed in this paper based on the research. The article consists of four chapters,conclusion and references.The first chapter start from the conscept of labor export.and expounds thenecessity and significance of labor service export in XinJiang.The second chapter introduced labor export`s income situation, labor export`spersonnel training, employee quality, and the labor export service organization ofMoyu. on this basis, summed up the form of Moyu labor export are mainly threekinds: the spontaneous labor export, government-organised labor export, and theagent-led-type labor export. Then provide information about the migrant workersmove the sorting summary according to this labor export.The third chapter is on the basis of this county labor export. Through analysing three differents forms of labor export in Moyu. the related legal problems of thiscounty labor export have been put forward.The fourth chapter based on each type of law problems of form in Moyu labor,some ideas and suggestions have gived. |
